The owners of Strathearn Heights Apartments have long-time roots in Edmonton – and are proud of their 60-year commitment to their tenants.
Edmonton Apartments - Strathearn Heights Strathearn Heights Apartments were built in 1950-51 by the grandfather of a current owner. The 1950s businessman made a commitment to build quality multi-unit rental properties in a lovely, central part of the city and maintain them well. He believed this was the recipe for long-term success.
When they were built, Strathearn Heights Apartments were considered a significant leap in urban design with their curved streets and gorgeous view of downtown and the river valley.
The current owners also offer a long-term commitment to Strathearn Heights tenants. The on-site amenities, maintenance and management have always offered tenants peace of mind – and an excellent quality of life. The owners’ plans to redevelop the site show their commitment to providing quality, accessible housing that meets the needs of 21st century families and individuals.
