|The Christopher Lake Nature Area is 97 hectares of mixed boreal forest.|
|The Chrsitopher Lake Nature Area is located 2.5 kms West of the
Village of Christopher Lake, Sask, Canada.
On June 27, 2000, the Saskatchewan government through legislation officailly
designated the Christopher Lake Nature Area as a protected area
under 'The Parks Act'.
In June 2006, the R.M. of Lakeland #521 dedicated the Nature Area to
Lionel R.J. Roy in recogniton of his work in establishing and developing
the Chrsitopher Lake Nature Area and the Circle of Life.
There are hiking trails with informational signs and benches throughout the area.
